I had an ingrown toenail that I removed myself, and nothing seems to be healing it correctly or killing the bacteria. I have tried tea tree oil, neem oil, dead Sea Salt , Colloidal Silver , and olive leaf extract. I've heard that food grade h2o2 and ozonated oils might do the trick, but I'd like to hear what you guys recommend.
