I did this for over 2 weeks, so I dont believe it was detox. It stopped after I stopped drinking urine. Since I'm on BC, I think this it what affected it. Secondly, I dont think the clouds are normal. The idea is nice, but I dont think its as cracked up as people like to think it is. It just doesn't work for everyone.
