with juniper berry, after taking maybe 10 weeks, stop taking for 3-4 weeks and then resume and repeat pattern. It is not meant to be a lifetime herb.

after a while discontinue unless needed. Since fresh is best, try to locate the correct tree and use fresh juniper berries as the fresh work best and contain the important volatile oil.
