Resting, resting for sure. This stuff (augmentin 875 mg every 12 hrs) knocks the daylights out of me. And causes dehydration and nausea....Right now just trying to get past the major infection part, and then restart on a healthy regimen that will include some of these ideas above. Like I said, I still would like to continue with the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , but will add some other alternative meds and nutrients. Our diet here in CO could be better due to being landlocked (I LOVE AND MISS SEAFOOD!) and not the fresh produce like we had in CA. Plus I don't eat red meat, so having access to locally bred steaks is meaningless. But healthy foods can be had if one is willing to drive a little further or try foods one wouldn't usually eat (example: pearl barley, nuts, frozen produce, fresh produce like kale, flash frozen fish....).

Cora's Hering's law #2: I noticed when my sinuses are infected - usually around the eyes - I have Acne eruptions clustered in that area. So does this mean it is going towards a cure or just getting worse?

Continual use of Antibiotics is obviously NOT the answer and was what I was trying to avoid!!!! On a positive note, it's been several months since I have taken Antibiotics . For a while it was every month.
