I would like to know if its alright to take omega 3 fish oils, coconut oil and flax seed oil daily, and is there a certain amount to take or not to exceed.
I now take the omega 3 fish oil, and coconut daily, and would like to add the flax seed oil but wondering if its too much oils, and if not how much to take
