Just a comment on the reoccuring cancer. He must not have located and eliminated the real cause of cancer the first time or two. Which makes whatever else he says suspect.

And Distilled water far exceeds RO water. It's the minerals that have to come out - RO doesn't do that. And the filter will become contaminated within hours of normal use.

You get your minerals from the ionic minerals in food and seasalt - not the water. Water minerals are disolved minerals and your body CANNOT use disolved minerals thus the minerals precipitate out into the joints and arteries.

You're right about the animal fat though. I see a lot of vegetarians get in trouble form this single fact and a few other things.
