Get it out honey. While my situation is different...My uterus was perforated at insertion last Friday and then the Mirena was in my abdomen until Wednesday when I had to have laparoscopy done. It has caused me to read all of the problems associated with it. What I went through was so painful and still is right now. I will never have this thing inserted again!
