No actually some people who suffer from TMAU only have BB. Some dentists know more about TMAU than doctors because of this.
The best thing would be to get tested for TMAU if you can and then you would know. If you can't might be a good idea to avoid the foods you just mentioned that you had a bad reaction to.
From your previous post though it looks like your making great progress with flushing out tonsil stones. It may be that your still dealing with some tonsil stones/infection that is causing you some problems with you BB. I don't think this will fix over night but continuing to flush over a period of a month might yield much better results.
