i have been doing urine enemas for the last 3 days. today i am ina lot of pain, bloated feels like trapped wind. Maybe this is a healing crisis as i had this feeling when i took a strong dose of probiotics for a week.
I am worried about how i'm cleaning my enema kit i am using very hot water and ecover washing up liquid? think i need something stronger ?
