I have a home scale that has measured me also at 41% water. I also drink tons of water and I'm thirsty pretty often. I am also overweight, about 25 lbs. I'm not sure if the scale is saying 41% of my weight is water, or my volume. My mom measures at 51%. The book says I should be at 37% - 50%, so I'm unsure how it is calibrated. That doesn't seem like much?
