Thanks oz really interesting, so good to hear that someone has found some answers for your self. You deserve to gain the benefits from all the effort that you put in. My main problem is my gut and from this I think allergies to food and dust and endometriosis. I used the urine because I thought it may help with those things and although it did there was no big change.

I think its like you say I probably need to drink more but I don't feel like I could do that until I know all the food that I am sensitive to and can cut that out of my diet, other wise I am still going to be taking in urine that is acidic. I need to pay the money and get some testing done, although I already know that I am sensitive to wheat.

I have just done a Liver Cleanse and am a bit disappointed because I didn't get any stones out but then it was my first one. Its left my gut and me with swollen glands feels really raw though. I think that I really need to start with trying to heal my gut. It can be so confusing though because there is so much different advice out there and sometimes I think that I am trying so many different things that I can't keep up.

Sorry I meant this to be a short reply and I have really let off steam here.
