Can I ask what benifts you have had from drinking so much. I drink about 2 ounces aday, I know thats not a lot but I think I have problems with acidy. I have been doing this for about 3 months since getting Martha Christy's book Your Own Perfect Medicine. She had a lot of the health problems that I had so I thought I would give it ago. Although I did notice some improvement in the begining it was not what I had hoped for, however that maybe because I don't drink enougth. Were I have found it t be really great though is externally. As a moisturiser its amazing, put it on fresh for 5 mins before bed and then wash with just water...skin has never been better, also amazing for bites.
