I have been drinking urine (most of what I pass each day)now for nearly 3 months and my general health seems much better. Less cold symptoms etc

Some days it tastes delicious (just like a spring water almost) others a little bitter.

Just recently, first thing in the morning it has been very cloudy. I have drank it but am noty sure of I should have.

Does anyone have any advise on how I could tell if and when it is safest to drink it. I dont drinbk it if it smells pungent (sometimes it smells like rubber - then I won't drink it at all)

Any suggestions please. I have mentioned my new "interest" to my doctors who are all bar one against the idea (strangely enough a lady doctor who I might have expected to be repulsed) was neither for or against urine drinking ... maybe she does it secretly. I am going to see my doctor (the lady) again this afternoon and would like to talk to her using gathered advise.
