thing is ladywear my digestion is that weak like steh and to top it off i have ibs so i can hardly eat any foods at the moment i spend all day crying yesterday im only young so its very hard when everyone around u is eating normal im going to see that nutropth i told u about on saturday the ones who wrote lots of books on severe candida i told her about my suituation my digestion she thinks my fillings def need to come out as they are adding to it why cant u take probitics then?im also going to see a gut specialist who works in homepathy and chinese medicine tuesday he did say to me probitics should really only be taken at the end when everythings healed up inside and never should been told to eat raw with such a weak digestion i dont know which one im going to work with im trying both will take in advice they give me to someone in here told me saerkraut has helped his sore stomach ibs after 20 years of suffering with it so might try as he to couldnt take probitcs it made his stoamch ibs worse and thats what they do to me the nutropth i was with told me i was mad when i told her this and to sensitive she really had not a clue
