I just took a look at your posting history. This is most likely related to your Adrenal Insufficiency. Hypercalcemia also occurs in people with Adrenal Insufficiency and one of the symptoms of hypercalcemia is a metallic taste in the mouth.

By the way... your orange juice cravings are most likely also related as Adrenal Insufficiency is also often accompanied by Hypoglycemia.
