I am really not familiar with IHN as opposed to regular niacin so I cannot comment as to its benefits or hazards.  My basis for recommending no more than 300 mg of niacin and thiamine came from a book which deals with various conditions nutritionally, which I consider my bible.

All I did was give you a protocol that you may or may not wish to implement.  That is up to you.
