Hi Leslie!

Hope UT continues to help you. I didn't know what to expect when I started, but I was desparate to try anything to help. It did help, very quickly. I started with about 2 or 3 ounces mixed in a big glass of juice, maybe once or twice a day. Within days, I could see the change in body hydration, so I was happy with that. Then I started taking it straight, about 3 or even 4 ounces, twice a day. I don't know if I need to take this much or not, I didn't experiment with small doses under the tongue and that may work just as well...I really don't know much about how to do the therapy. I'm still learning.

Taking it undiluted is okay now, I liked it in juice because I didn't even know it was there. But after the first few days of this, I thought it'd probably be better not to dilute it. So since then it's straight, about 4 ounces, 2 times/day. Some days I only have one dose, other times maybe 3 doses. I'm not that consistant. I'll have to work on that some more too.

I hope there's still more improvements to come, I haven't noticed any more since those first ones (body hydration, hair regrowth, and a sense of calmness in the day). We'll see...I'll let you know.

I've been working on my diet for a long time (about 5 years). It used to be the worst junk food diet imaginable. I don't think I ever even ate a piece of fruit or vegetable. But when I got sick I changed it, so now it's mainly fruit and vegetable, some whole grains, and essential fatty acid oils, like flaxseed. I juice usually each day as well. It's taken me YEARS to work into it! Going from one extreme to other...you shoulda seen the junk I ate! So...don't be impressed, it's taken me a long time to work it... I still have my bad days (but nothing like what I used to live).

But...I feel great on this diet! It's what keeps me functional.

I hope you continue to have improvements...let me know how you're doing.

Best wishes and health to you,
Megan
