hello megan, i found your post interesting as i too suffer from adrenal fatigue. You said you feel it is balancing your adrenals and that gives me hope. i just started on it and have only been doing drops thus far to adjust to it. but i have to say i believe it has helped me sleep better. how much are you now up to AND HAVE YOU SEEN MORE IMPROVEMENT? (woops) what kind of diet are you on? if you don't mind me asking. leslie
