there has never been a negative result in drinking ones own urine reported. there have been many studies on it and it has been proven effective. It is in all that you put into your body which makes the urine what it is. I try hard to eat a great diet. acidic urine is not good for you so you must be careful of your diet. drinking water a lot helps, and add 2 oz of apple cider vinegar to it a couple of times a day to make the body more alkaline and kill yeast. make sure your vinegar is from a health food store and says it is from the mother and organic. find out which foods are alkaline and eat mostly these. do not eat an over abundance of meat.
