Hello godschild1979,

there is no real distinction between dry fasting and water fasting.
In the former you are only drinking water according to the thirst of your body, and if that means several days without water because of the lack of thirst then so be it; Water Fasting is essentially the same concept: drink pure water only according to thirst.
