Hi really interesting stuff, just so unbelievable how everything exist correlated in this way. There is a book called The Journey by Brandon Bays. She described how she healed herself of a large tumour through working on and releasing emotional traumas. At some point I am going to do some of her exercises and see what happens.

I know though I had a time once when I was travelling a number of years ago and I was living on a beach hut in this absolutely beautiful place for awhile, I was surrounded my nature and the constant ebb and flow of the sound of the sea. I swear that this was the first and only time in my adult life that I was truly physically well.

I am a bit disheartened to night as I am having quite a bit of stomach pain; this is the first time since doing the UT. I am still going to carry on though has there, as been definite improvement and my skin look so much better!

How are you getting on...any more improvements for you...Best thoughts Moonie
