Hi Silver Fox, was I a bit sensitive? Thanks for taking an interest, glad to hear that you are so well and that you have made so many achievements with your health.

I agree I think a lot of it is about detoxing and putting in good nutrients. I have tried tha Gerson Therapy and though I am not doing it at the moment I do try to juice and I still do the odd coffee enema, although like I said in an earlier post I think my down fall is that I like a glass of the red stuff. That's wine I thought I should make that clear because you never know what someone who drinks their own piss might also drink...I am on my way to the land of dreams so I will get back to you on it...I think it was the words fact and senseless, hooked into something I quess.
