From what I've read, it is necessary co-supplement niacin with b vitamins, it doesn't seem to be included with niacin based supplements. I found this supplement with the following ingredients. I was looking at this as 2 tablets/day instead of three, so the numbers would be 2/3 of what is listed. The IHN niacin is not noted as having toxicity problems at high levels... 2+ grams
The key being the niacin and the policosanol. I thnk this is enough niacin to go after the cholesterol numbers since it is combination with so many the other ingredients.
What I never see is what proportion of B vitamins to what proportion of niacin

I would also be adding coQ10 which I had already been taking with garlic/vitC and almonds. The latter I don't think would be necessary for this.
