You are not alone in feeling your equipment is substandard. No matter which way you look at it, BV sucks! It is so depressing knowing you can clear it up for a while and it keeps coming back. Hang in there! Use the BioFem. I think the Acid Jelly is the only thing helping me at this point. It is messy and annoying, but worth the inconvenience. You have been an inspiration to many women suffering with chronic BV. Stay positive, it will get better!
