here is something you might want to consider. in the book: the hidden story of cancer by brian peskin his research found that we need good omega 6 oils added to our diet. his research found that most of the omega 6 oils in our food has been destroyed. he also states that our skin contains more omega 6 than omega 3. my skin is in good condition, but i did notice dry spots on my elbows and behind by ears went away. i have small growths that are drying up and falling off. i buy sunflower oil that is high in omega 6. in comes in a glass bottle and tastes like sunflower seeds
i also use mms that floods the body with oxygen that detoxs also.
