I have done Humaworm twice and felt the BEST when on the stuff...lots of energy and little appetite...weeks after I go off, I get sluggish again(well at least these 2 times), I also have Gilbert's. Also when having a BM I never needed toilet paper, now when I'm off it I need lots of TP.
