Coconut oil=carpilic acid. So you are taking twice the dose of coconut oil PLUS caprilic acid. Wow!
That sounds like a lot to me.
No wonder you feel bad,
Antifungals are all good. Nowadays everybody is frantic about coconut oil, I personally like pau d'arco and oregano oil better but the idea is ... to rotate them. To keep changing from one to the other.
