Hi,

I am prepping for a Liver Flush and I am going to use a coffee enema with added magnesium to relax the bile/liver ducts from curezone M/Sulfate ( Epsom Salts ) is #1 followed by M/Citrate on it's ability to relax the ducts.

Anyway problem is I have no idea of what dosage of Epsom Salts to add to the coffee enema too much will be intense and too little will be ineffective...any suggestions here? I make coffe enemas with 2 quarts so enough for 2 doses so in a nutshell my question is how much Epsom Salts to add into 2 quarts of coffee to provide a significant relaxing effect on the ducts.
