Ok so I am glad that I do not have to drink mugs of the stuff cos lets face it even with the best green tea in the world it makes you want to puke and I still cannot believe that I am doing this. I feel a bit down hearted since I last posted a few hours ago, because I have read some messages from someone on this forum who has been drinking three cups a day for the last three weeks and nothing, which must be hard to say the lest. I guess that people are different and it oviously works for some if not all and I am not going to know unless I give it a try!

One more question I am taking herbs like chinese bitters and coptis is it ok to carry on with this or should I give them a rest whilst doing the ut?
