hmmm guess that answers that question then. guess I will have to order the bottled stuff.

bromides.bromine whatever yeah ick. my neighbor thinks she is doing me a favor by baking sugary cheap white flour poundcake and giving me some. I had to say no thanks last time politely... but I did get her onto the BWH tincture so maybe she will understand the difference between feeling like an old sluggish truck in the morn and a human being.

well money is short but i'll figure it out. I do have several bottles of potassium Iodide on the shelf. does that compare to an Iodine tincture like Lugol's do you know? It's not real strong per cap but I could do 6 or 8 a day. I have drank the red betadine type stuff off and on for years, never steady, it always gives me a lift. probably some poisonous stuff in there too but i figure it's definitely not as posionous as cherrios or pizza every morning for breakfast.
