Natalia88, you say you don't know what to do....I suggest you try Moreless' advice as he clearly explained in his posts above...you may get the positive results you are needing. It may not be the brand of probiotics you were taking at all, but the way you were taking them....try what Moreless has told you to do and see what happens.
