Well I made a full day of Water Fasting yesterday - it wasn't too bad really apart from the fact it took me ages to a get my act together to start!!!

I woke up this morning feeling unusally fantastic - what is that all about. Abigail and I have had fun all morning and I have loads of energy!!! I'll report back at the end of today - I can't see this mood lasting all day. Ha ha.
