I agree with what Lapis said that you're "backed-up" with toxins when you're skin breaks out like that. The solution is to encourage your skin to detox whatever is stored there so I would suggest only sticking to external use until that clears up. We all just have to listen to how our bodies respond to UT and work accordingly.
