If you have a brain injury, PTSD or adrenal exhaustion have you noticed any of the following...

Less movement during your sleep?

A sensation as if your body is collapsing in on itself?

A sensation as if you are fighting against gravity and pulled to the ground?

A sensation as if you are on the deck of a boat that is rolling with the waves... regardless of whether standing, sitting or lying down?

Changes in the way that you process written information?

Changes in the consistency of your saliva?

A heightening of any of your senses?

Changes in your breathing?

Any other unusual sensations or patterns... and any connections that you have made such as changes that occur relative to the time of day, eating, sleeping, and exerting yourself in any way... including how you respond to stress?

I am very interested in hearing about other people's experience and would appreciate as much detail as you would be willing to share... including very subtle changes that other's may not notice, but those of which you are aware. Thanks!
