If they do not know what you are taking you are subject to the possiblity of unnessary testing because you leave them to GUESS what is going on. They cannot read your mind or have any idea what may be causing your problems. If your spoon has rusted after 12 weeks what do you think it's doing to your body? I'm sorry but if you believe what Humbles says you're really in trouble. Be smart and tell your Doctor what you are ingesting. Best of luck.
