Thank you for posting that link. I'm not very strong at present, so I'm not sure I can do it now. I'll bookmark it for later though.

I realize I've been making a mistake! I've been eating 1-2 slices of bread per day. It's brown rice bread and I thought it was okay because it was not wheat. I just don't know what I was thinking.

Despite that error, I seem to be getting better. It's hard to say because I get better and then worse and then better and then worse. Today is a slightly better day than most.

When you were healing, did you notice that your skin would shed a lot? Every night, my skin gets dry and I end up with a lot of dead skin that I have to exfoliate every morning. Is this part of the detoxing process?
