I am entirely new to this. At first, the idea sounded creepy but I've done some reading and it doesn't sound bad. I went to a David Wolfe lecture and he recommended putting a drop or two under the tongue for homeopathic effect. There's so info I don't know where to begin. For instance, I want to stop drinking coffee and do a cleasing fast. How would this help? I also have a bit of Acne and read UT would help with that.
