Diarrhea is not a good thing. The more toxins (MMS)you put in your body the more diarreha you will have until cut back to a non-toxic level. Diarrhea is not a good thing at all. Use some common sense. Of course anyone would feel better after diarrhea has stopped no matter what caused it. And, yes you are trowing off the toxins from Miracle-Mineral-Supplement as it is a known toxin.
