I don't always want to bud in but here is my two bits on this:

- Vit E is not required to absorb Selenomethionine
- Se is required to be able to absorb Vit E (see Orlee)
- Vit E and A are mostly deficient due to Hg poisoning, remove the Hg and there are no more E/A issues
