IMO Inositol just gets in the way.

There is clear evidence that mixing the two helps Depression and other mood disorders. If that is why you take it then fine otherwise get pure IP6 so you can easily use therapeutic doses of +2g to use against TB, rust and polonium.

BTW: it helps to chelate mercury first to allow the IP6 to bind to those other things instead of Hg
