The TSH can deviate quite a bit once beginning iodine.( TSH is a blood test that heps measure thryoid activity. The also check T4 and T3 values.) But it seems to acclimate over time. The amount of time is dependent on the person and only blood work can tell you exactly when it has recovered to baseline.
