just a quick p.s.

i have always taken otc pain medicine for my costo, but didn't want to do that today. i tried a castor oil pack which seemed to be helping quite a bit. unfortunately, i have company today and it wasn't practical for me to leave it on long enough to see if it would get rid of it completely. i ended up taking something after all but the castor oil was definitely very soothing and offered me almost immediate relief while i had it on.
