you don't know me, but i've been reading the oil pulling forum for the last few days (i'm determined to read the whole thing) so i feel like i know you. thank you for posting this. i was diagnosed with fibromyalgia years ago, with costo, but after finding cz i've been wondering if i wasn't having liver/gallbladder problems instead. although i'm still doing work on cleansing and plan to continue, your post makes so much sense to me that i feel sure i do have costo and that i have damaged my soft tissues in exactly the way you describe. i also went through the whole getting healthy thing and feeling better and being shocked when (today) it came back with a vengeance. i was trying to figure out where i had gone wrong since i've been keeping up with all of my protocols and eating right and getting plenty of sleep. so i came to cz, looked up the costo forum, and read your post. i've just experienced the most stressful week i've had in years. it makes perfect sense.
