thanks, red ink - i appreciate your guidance.

i am spending the next two weeks getting in the right mindset and researching the juice recipes i will me making in accordance with the organs i wish to detox. your calorie guide will help in that.

i am plagued by naysayers who do not support me despite past results. i am looking forward to experiencing this forum in the process (i've never posted in this part of curezone before).
