PDF appears to be her latest, am I wrong? All of 18 pages. I'm glad you relayed boem's post/link - as I'd really like to know what she NOW thinks w respect to the subject of foods/nutrition. I see she's put out a little list in this PDF. My guess is that it could be picked to pieces by many.

Hardly the most hated in the world. More accurately, perhaps, most over-rated, hyper-revered. I do give her credit, as I said, for having the balls to take the risks.

But the last thing I'll ever do is take her opinion as Gospel. I hope you don't either.

Please let me know what you think of the broadcast. Something else I wanted your feedback on but is currently slipping my mind. Might listen to it again to refresh. It's not long at all.
