Hi SuperCheetah,

Not alot of detox compared to the crying and yelling spells in the beginning. WHEW

I had to master the art of the salt pushing and pushing the selenium and C's into my mouth all day long, LOL Doing salt and C and a mineral complex a few hours before even taking the Iodine may help, can't be sure.

20 drops a day at the least, sometimes 20 twice a day. Putting Iodine in vitamin E cream on my face and neck, painting old scars at night and in the morning.

I may have slight memory recall or thinking problems related to detox, but nothing too noticeable. Sometimes an out-there feeling, but that may be natural heeh

I take weekends off just to give the body a break. I usually do cave in and end up taking a few drops of Lugols anyway!

How are you doing? Any favorite tips you would like to share?
