Man, was I ever surprised when you shared about passing "a rope"!

Here's my question: I have done 2 MCs and nothing like that ever happened to me, not even close. 2) My husband recently had a colonoscopy and it came back like a 9-month old baby's....clean as the day he was born and yet he eats a ton of red meat, junk, you name it. So now he thinks all this stuff is bunk I am talking about. Even though I have sent the "pics" of stuff being passed around on the internet. You know what pictures I'm talking about as they are right here on this site, too.

I think I would faint if I had that "rope" experience. What was it consisted of?

And thanks for sharing. It's really made me want to continue because I did a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) last week and NOTHING happened and I was really concerned that the salt remained in my body as it didn't come out. Worried about my kidneys.
