Ok. I tried UT for a little bit before but I smelled like urine when I sweated. It was embarassing in class.

Before I tried it with about half a cup....

Im going to go to the store and buy a eye dropper and start at lower doses.

Also before it made me very gassy and constipated. How much should I start with...

10 drops or so?

Also, I am currently taking kefir in raw milk to help with candida, is it ok to continue the kefir? Can I continue to eat meat when consuming in small doses?
Will these small doses cause me to smell of urine?

Also, I am going to go out tomorrow night....If I start the UT tomorrow moring at a really small dose would it be a problem?
