Hi, yes it was quite startling to see. Also I'd saved more urine from the day before or after, and that was absolutely fine!

Interesting you say you think it's betacarotene. I have a sensitivity to b/c and also vit A so don't really have much of them in my diet but sometimes I do have too much eg sweet potatoes, carrots etc so I'm wondering if I did have too much b/c would it show up like this? I take other supps though but can't imagine what might have caused it. I still think it was blood but I'm not worried about it at all.

Let us know if it stops when you cut out your daughter's supps.
