Has any one ever seen red crystals/particles in their urine? And if so, what are they? Good bad? Any insight or clue welcome.

I was thinking it could be from vitamins. Guess I will need to experiment with and without taking vitamins.

The dark orange red hard crystals form after a few hours or more. And they are on the sides and bottom of glass.
